This morning, we woke up at 7am, soon to realise mum and dad were downstairs in the lobby working. Mum has gone to a 7 eleven nearby and had gotten us yogurt and a pastry for breakfast. No one felt like leaving the room any time soon, so at 11:00am after watching slot of glee, mum and I decided to go shopping by ourselves. The stores were beautiful, and modern. All the Scandinavian clothes are just gorgeous. Earlier, dad went exercising so it wasn’t like he only left the house at midday. At about 1:00pm, dad convinced the girls to leave the study room, and meet us at an awesome game shop! We ended up buying a few small games that can easily be traveled with. We found a nice, hipster cafe to eat lunch at. As per usual, it was very expensive, but delicious. A kids burger and chips were $25. A few great streets to shop include Elmegade, Pilestæde, Grønegade, and Strøget. Arket is one of our favourite Danish stores, as it’s basically a Danish Muji. At this point, Audrey was getting ver tired, so Dad took her to the LEGO store and some toy stores, while Polly, Mum and I kept shopping. Shortly after, we jumpen on e-scooters, and all met up at the Harbourside, where there were sidewalk trampolines! We walked around to Nyhavn to see the famous coloured houses. We had a quick stop for water, and Danish apple pie. We got the bus home, and grabbed quick dinner at the train station to eat in the room. I got Thai, which was named ‘the best Thai in Copenhagen’ but it was amazing! We got back to the room by 7:00pm, and to bed by 9:00pm after having watched some glee, had showers and played some games. Hopefully everyone’s ready for a travel day to Norway tomorrow! We’ve all LOVED Copenhagen, and this week in Copenhagen, it’s actually Pride week, which has made it all the more interesting!
